Not a good look for one of your drivers to be in a service truck, road raging. Driving less than 5 ft behind another car going 80 in the intestate. They could have passed the other vehicle on multiple occasions but made it a point to follow it dangerously close to try and prove a point or intimidate them

Excellent business to work with. Had a HAVC issue on a Saturday morning, made the call to Surfside and within an hour the technician was in our condo fixing it. Diagnosed the problem, went to buy the part and had us up and running by lunch. There was some miscommunication regarding the cost of the repair and I received a call from Eric Nance personally; one other business partners. He was very professional and willing to make it right, no questions asked. Spoke to him for almost 15minutes, could tell he cares about Surfside having a customer focused business model. Will definitely do business with them in the future for any needs we might have.

As always, Surfside was fast and extremely helpful. They do quality work at a more than fair price. Honestly, they have all been amazing. No one likes having repairs done.But if it needs to be done, they make it easy and as stress free as possible. Since moving I’ve had several things happen.Both big and small. They’ve handled it all.
