Express Clean - Every Room
- Vacuum/mop/scrub floors
- Dust/clean lamps/furniture/electronics/any other fixtures and wall hangings accessible without a ladder
- Dust windowsills and doorframes
- Empty trashcans
Express Clean - Bathroom Specific
- Clean mirror
- Clean shower door frame
- Clean shower glass
- Clean plastic strip at bottom of shower door
- Disinfect counter tops
- Scrub and disinfect entire toilet
- Scrub bathtub/shower and all trim (shower head, knobs, etc)
Express Clean - Kitchen Specific
- Clean the microwave (inside and out)
- Clean the oven (outside only)
- Clean stove top burners
- Disinfect counter tops
- Clean kitchen sink
- Wipe outside of refrigerator
Express Clean - Bedroom Specific
- Change bed sheets and make bed (upon customer request, does not include washing sheets)
Deep Clean Checklist
Deep Clean - Every Room
- Dust and clean crown molding, wall corners, and floor molding/baseboards
- Clean and disinfect doorknobs, light fixtures/switches, and handles
- Vacuum/mop/scrub floors
- Dust ceiling air vents
- Wipe clean ceiling fans (accessible by six foot ladder)
- Dust/clean/polish windows/lamps/furniture/electronics/any other fixtures and wall hangings accessible without a ladder
- Wipe windowsills and doorframes
- Dust blinds
- Empty trashcans
Deep Clean - Bathroom Specific
- Clean and disinfect toothbrush holders
- Clean and refill soap dish and/or pump
- Clean mirror
- Clean shower door frame
- Clean shower glass
- Clean plastic strip at bottom of shower door
- Disinfect counter tops
- Scrub and disinfect entire toilet
- Scrub bathtub/shower and all trim (shower head, knobs, etc)
- Clean and disinfect trash can
- Clean exhaust fan
Deep Clean - Kitchen Specific
- Clean and disinfect the trash can
- Clean the microwave (inside and out)
- Clean and sanitize the dishwasher
- Clean the oven (inside and outside)
- Clean the hood vent
- Clean stove top burners
- Clean and disinfect garbage disposal
- Disinfect counter tops
- Clean kitchen sink
- Wipe outside of refrigerator
Deep Clean - Bedroom Specific
- Change bedsheets and make bed (upon customer request, does not include washing sheets)
Things we do not do on a Express or Deep Clean:
- Move excessive clutter to dust or wipe surfaces
- Use customer supplies/equipment that increase the time required to finish the job
- Perform 'extras' without first establishing the price and confirming it fits within the day's current schedule
- Move heavy or large furniture or move appliances to clean behind/under them (in a regular clean no furniture is moved, in a deep clean we will move small/light furniture as needed).
- Excessively scrub 'permanent' stains. Wiping a surface includes a proper and thorough wiping. It does not include extended scrubbing of permanent or semi-permanent stains
