Why Does Maintenance Matter?
If keeping your home's HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems healthy and functioning is important to you, then maintenance matters greatly. Keeping your home's primary systems in good working order begins by keeping them properly maintained. Different components of these systems, like your air conditioner's coils, flame sensor, and more, need to be regularly cleaned. Water heaters require an annual flush and, per most manufacturers, can void their tank warranty if they're not receiving this. Electrical components should be checked and properly secured as loose connections can add additional strain and burn components out more quickly.
Other components require regular inspections. Having a trained professional once or twice a year inspecting everything let's you catch problems early before they became major and expensive. This can save you thousands of dollars by extending the life of your home's HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
